I'll start. How about that Michael Brown? Dozens of margaritas later, he gets up in front of congressmen and tells them that he was doing the best he could. Never mind he was doing it with a gutted agency and noone following a unified plan, how was he helping at all!? Even the GOP is not lining up in this guy's defense so you KNOW he fucked up.
