[White House, Iraq]

Shorter Bush Speech.

Dubya rolled out what the White House is promoting as "Strategy for Victory" in Iraq. In case you missed it, here are the highlights:
We have deposed a brutal dictator. We have had elections. More bodies are upright and moving around than prone, bleeding. Some of them are being trained to guard the country. When they step up, we step down. By any definition, the invasion was a success. Ask Joe Lieberman. Critics are unpatriotic opportunists. They hurt the troops and aid the enemy, whom we've vanquished. God Bless America.
Hey, Dubya has spent an entire life botching things and having people in powerful positions telling him he did good. Why would a war be any different?

Imagine that, GW(dubya) ignoring the fact that almost 1200 US servicemen and women have dies in a conflict that appears to have had a dubious start to say the least.
The whole aura that surrounds the WH lately seems extremely suspicious. Top people leaking names this way and that. Then the administration turns around and calls its critics cowards and dissidents.
What about the facts as relayed to us in the general public that they endangered an undercover operative by leaking her name, and compromising many undercover investigations concerning possible terrorist attacks on our country and the people protecting it....just who are the real non-patriots.....me thinks it's dubya and his pals......liked your assement of the speech by the way, right on target with what dubya said.
