Were's the Summer?

Apparently in some parts of the Northern hemisphere it's actually warm. Here in Oregon, we start out our days with a black batting of clouds that, if we're lucky, dissipate by late afternoon, when the mercury (sometimes) cracks 70. Anyway, happy solstice--perhaps you can sit in the sunshine for me.
