Press Briefing

Ever since Dubya staggered through the debates against Al Gore in 2000, I've thought his general demeanor communicates confusion and incompetence. That said, his performance during this press briefing (still in progress) appears sub-par by even his extremely low standards. Like a very slow motion car wreck. Someone just asked him about how that "capital" business is going, and I thought he was going to send some secret service agents over to beat the guy down.
